Im playing a game that requires an 2.4 processor, I only have a AMD E1-1200 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.40GHz. Need to know if I can upgrade it to a 2.4 without changing motherboard and such.

Solution
Unlikely, most (all?) E-series CPUs are soldered to the motherboard. Besides, GHz isn't the only spec you need to worry about. The E series is extremely slow per clock, so even at 2.4GHz it would perform far worse than a more modern AMD or Intel CPU. Its cores were originally designed to go in low power devices like tablets and cellphones, and really should never have ended up in a laptop or desktop PC.
