ati amp r7 200 Saphireparner GPU that needs upggrad
i have 16 gb of ddr3 ram

What VR goggles/gear do you have or intend to purchase?

Check the required hardware specifications recommended by the VR goggle manufacturer.

Remember that some specifications may "work" but may not provide the required or necessary performance. So use the high end recommendations.

Likewise look at the hardware recommendations for any VR apps.

What is your PSU brand and model? That's important when you want to upgrade your GPU.

You have DDR4. Not DDR3.
