I have a display problem

Hello.I have a problem when i turn on my pc.It happens only sometimes at startup.It fixes at restart.Is the monitor bad,or the cable?im using a DVI-D cable

If it only fixes it with a restart, then it kind of rules out the cable or monitor.
It could be a GPU issue. Update the drivers
