You left out about half of what is needed to figure out what you are asking. Looks like you tried to type in the full thing in the subject field. What do you have that you are trying to split? Double out from what to male in on what?

Just run a cat 5 cable to wherever you need it directly to be quick and ugly, or to a wall jack.
