I have a few issues with Windows 10

Hello. I have a few issues with Windows 10:
1. My Wi-Fi is broken
2. When I use the troubleshooter, it says "A problem is preventing the troubleshooter from starting." (Error Code: 0x80070005)
3. The Common Prompt techniques just show an error message.
This a very irritating issue. Does anybody know what to do?

That didn't work. I still received the error message after reading that article. I did enable some services to try and fix thew Wi-Fi issue, and I enabled some services to fix the troubleshooter, but none of it worked.
