I have a few questions about my build

Hi, before I tell you what I need help with I want to explain my current situation. I'm 14 and I was interested in building my own gaming computer last August but what ended up happening was my dad didn't like the idea of me building a computer (as I could ruin it) and requested that I got a laptop instead. So, I got the lenovo y410p and I hated it. My dad has told me that if I was able to raise some money he would let me get it, along with selling this laptop.

So here is my parts list http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Vammly/saved/3zSq

I am planning on building this around Fall this year, but i just wanted as many of my questions to be answered any opinions or suggestions would be appreciated, thankyou.

1.First of all how much do you think I could sell the Lenovo Y410p for and how could I raise the other ~600?
2. What are my other choices for motherboards under $150 I am looking to overclock my cpu to 4-4.5 ghz, sli 760's in the future, good/great integrated audio, and great wifi (my laptop had a problem with this at first took away from the enjoyment), also the mobo that I picked had this feature where boot times were a few seconds, and I would like if it was futureproof.
3. Is water cooling something I should look into? I am scared of damaging the components though so I would prefer air cooling.
4. What better air coolers are out there which run pretty quietly?
5. I have selected the 760 so that i can sli in the future, but I am trying to future proof this system so should I lean towards the 770 or the 280x because of mantle?
6. Should I go with the Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 or the design r4? Those are the cases I like the most but any other suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks! If there is any information I have not included which could be helpful just ask

Solution
1. Yes, you can raise at least 800 USD.
2. I will HIGHLY recommend the Asus Maximus VI Hero, as it has better gaming performance, however it is ~20 USD more than what your budget is. But, it will be able to handle SLI GPU's better. The issue I see: you're trying to SLI GTX 760's. I am not a big fan of SLI and less so with low-end GPUs. Try getting a GTX 770 and staying there. A bit less performance than SLI 760's, but much cooler, much less power draw, and you're being more efficient.
3. Nah, unless you break the hose (surprisingly hard), it won't leak. If it does, then contact the support and force them to repay you. I recommend the Corsair H75 or H100i if you can afford it. The best air cooler is the Noctua NH-D14. And the best...

4. (Read second part of answer #3).
5. I use a GTX 780Ti and I recommend the GTX 770 for power usage (much better) and overclockability (much cooler temperatures). The AMD cards are raw performance, but the Nvidia ones better utilize the power they have.
6. All up to personal preference. The R4 has better acoustics and ~ the same performance.

Thanks you've answered all my questions, but the first one wasn't the answer I was looking for, I'm not sure if I didn't explain it properly. I was asking what are some ways I could raise the money for this build, but everything else I found very helpful!

Oh, sorry about that :( (question 1). There aren't many ways to help raise money except for asking it, sadly. I bought bitcoins when they were literally 50 cents/bitcoin and so I bought 20 of them. Turns out, that was a really smart move. So basically, I do stock trading to earn money for builds or I use the money I make from jobs. Is there any way you can make money? eg. Jobs, odd-jobs, bank robbery (jk XD), etc.?
