I have a Gateway FX6800 with a Gateway TBGM01 motherboard the two top USB connectors do not work

I just bought this computer used and the two USB ports on the pop up section which are the only two on the front of the computer do not work. All cables inside are plugged in and all windows updates installed. I thought it was a driver problem and read Gateway includes USB drivers with chipset drivers so I updated the chipset drivers. Still can not get these two USB port to work all on the back do work fine. Any troubleshooting ideas I have not tried would be appreciated.

Inside the case there should be a wire that says F_USB or something like that, make sure it is connected to something that says USB_3 or something like that.
