I have geeforce 210 1 GB ,4gb ram win7 64 bit can I run sleeping dogs and most wanted 2?

I'm not even sure you meet the Sleeping Dogs minimum requirements. In any case, my 570 GTX struggled with it, so I doubt a re-branded 8100 GT is going to fare well at all.

Most Wanted 2 will probably run, though I can't say how well.

I wouldn't say either of those games would run on your system. I have both and they're really graphically intensive.
P.S:- Would probably run with barely playable frame-rates at a really low resolution(800 x 600 or something).

Depending on which CPU you have, your integrated graphics might be better than the GeForce 210. It's a card meant for basic display only, with very limited 3D capabilities. Do not expect playable framerates on either game, even on lowest settings at 800x600 resolution.

Actually I m not interested in high graphics. ..I can with 800*600...mine is pentium dual core2.70ghz. And integrated graphics was not good ...

As I said before, there might be a very slight chance of either game running if you dial down all the settings to minimum and the lowest resolution. If the games still don't run, you will have to go in for a full system overhaul. Your current setup is very low end and is outdated to boot.
