In that motherboard? nothing would be 'good', at least in the sense of what you really need. The most it could fit is an A10-7870K or A10-7890K but that's not going to be all that much better. If you have a discrete GPU it could fit an Athlon X4 880K.

You really need to look at motherboard, cpu, memory, gpu at least for a GOOD upgrade.
