I Have A Good PC And Good Upload Rate But My Stream Is Laggy

Hello, I Have recently built my gaming pc. The Specs Are As Follows.
I5 8400
GTX 1060 6GB
16 GB RAM
I Can Play Games Like Fortnite At 170 Fps On Epic Settings
But When I Stream The Fps is 150 And The Stream Looks Terrible
My Upload Speed Is 31.75 Mbps
And My OBS Settings Are As Followed

Under Output tab set stream bitrate to 6000, which is the max for YouTube or Twitch. Your upload speed can easily handle it. I feel it's basically your using only 3000 bitrate that's killing the output quality.

Other things you can try are NVENC instead of x264, which uses your GPU to encode the stream instead of the CPU, but usually x264 is best as long as you have a good enough CPU to handle it.

If the game drops in FPS too much at 6000 bitrate, try NVENC. If that's not any better, try x264 at 5000 bitrate.

That's pretty much it.
