Question I have a green screen pop up when I put a video into fullscreen

I just got a new monitor and I just setup dual monitors. Now when I play a video it turns green for two seconds then back to normal. My pc has never done this before and Im not sure what is going on. I have one asus 144hz and a lg 75hz. I have not changed any of the monitor settings because I dont know anything about monitors. Any advice or suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

Specs:
cpu: r5 3600
gpu: msi rx 580 4gb armor
mb: msi M350 bazooka
ram: 1x8 geil evo potenza 2400mhz
psu: 450 watt (thats all I know Im not sure what brand it is)

I bought this as a pre built and I have been upgrading the parts This has never happened before and its only happening with the new monitor. Thanks for the help!

So the psu is causing the screen to turn green? I will probably wait until I get money because I just want to get a new case and motherboard too. The green screen isnt a big issue since it only happens for 1 second. Thanks for the help!

that my guess since I don't know the make and model
