I have a GT 1030 and a 120hz monitor how can I achieve the full 120hz?

I have this GT 1030 http://www.palit.com/palit/vgapro.php?id=2883&lang=en&pn=NE5103000646-1080F&tab=sp which does not support dual link dvi which is what id need to get 120hz over dvi on my BenQ XL2420T monitor. However the gpu does support HDMI 2.0 so I was wondering if I could use a hdmi cable to achieve 120hz? Or if that cant be done a dvi to hmdi 2.0 adaoter?

HDMI 2.0 does not support 120Hz.

Having an adapter wouldn't work either, because it still is Single Link DVI you're using to get the signal from your GPU.
