[SOLVED] I have a GTX 950 2GB graphics card, is it worth a full system upgrade or just the card?

First of all the specs on my PC are as below:

Intel Core i5-4690 3.50GHz
Ballistix Sport 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
GeForce GTX 950 Black OC Sniper 2048MB GDDR5
Gigabyte Z97-D3H Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard
Running windows 10

I have had the above for about 3 and a half years now and its running games okay, but now I have a job I can afford to spend more on a PC and was considering upgrading the graphics card so newer games run better and look better. Would it be more worthwhile going for a full system overhaul? My budget for a new build would be about £1250 ($1600). Any advice would be appreciated
