I have a Hp 19 from 2014

I had this pc from 14, ia problem has occured about the system. When O start it up, it seems to be on a black screen with just the window's logo on (Windows 8) no loading just a blank screen with the logo. In the other case it starts up on the booting screen. I need help if there is any advise, i would really need it. I dont know if it has to deal with the hard drive or any software issues.
