I have a Hp 300gb Sas 10k 6g, can I connect it to my PC?

Hi guys so today my boss gave me 1 pair of Hp 300gb Sas 10k 6g but I see the sata cable won´t fit, how can I know if they still work?

You need a SAS controller either in PC or a USB one.
