Question I have a lenovo s1a40 mobile phone , doesn't charge while on charger

since a week a ago the mobile stopped charging while on charger changed charger the cable nothing fixed it tried it on other mobile and it worked so surely the problem is with my phone cleaned the port and didnt work, tried battery callibration and other apps and didnt work either , tried reboot nothing , anyone have a solution? will a factory reset fix it ?

Note: it charges when plug it into the usb of a laptop or a powerbank but it charges very slowly like 1% in 15 minutes

Factory reset cannot fix a hardware level problem.

It is likely that your phone has liquid damage and it is not covered under warranty.

This makes the phone charge extremely slow and not connect with PC, but you can at least backup your data wirelessly. You can use 3rd party apps like ES File Explorer to do that.

Go to remote management, turn on WLAN and then copy the URL into your Windows explorer and back up.

Contacts, notes, apps and photos can be synchronized with your google account directly from Settings.
