i have a Microsoft account but it's refusing to sign in and i can't download any app

I have huawei windows phone and I do have an account but it can't sign in and the phone doesn't have any application

Follow the normal account recovery process with Microsoft. We really can't help you with this problem since it would violate our Policy of not assisting in bypassing security features. This thread is being closed for that reason.
