Question I have a new AsRock B460 Pro4 MB and the ethernet controller shows no drivers installed.

I just built a new system with an Asrock b460 pro and new Windows install, but when I go to the device manager the ethernet controller shows the hazard mark and no drivers installed. The error code it shows is 28. I've updated the bios to 1.60 and I have downloaded the newest driver from the AsRock website and when I try to install it Windows says it can't find a driver for the device. Any other ideas?
