To power the CPU? Use the 4+4 pin EPS cable plugged into the 8 pin header. Your PSU doesn't have a separate 4 pin to use in the neighboring 4-pin header.
That first one you mentioned I'd have to see. It isn't listed in the cable selection for that PSU. Unless you are talking about the PCIe 6+2 pin cables. Don't mix them up. They are wired differently. The pos and neg are reversed. In fact, only the 4+4 pin EPS connector should fit the CPU header.
