[SOLVED] I have a new built PC I made and I can't get a display screen.

My specs are:
Motherboard - B450 Aorus Elite By Gigabyte
CPU - Ryzen 7 2700x
RAM - Corsair DDR4 Vengeance RGB (2 x 8)
Graphics Card - Geforce RTX 2060 Overclocked By Tuf Gaming

When I turn on my PC everything starts to light up and run but no display will show on my TV. I plan on getting a monitor soon though. My VGA light is on aswell. I dont know why it is on? Can someone help me out. I'm new to building computers.

Never mind I had a friend fix the problem. Type 4 cord from GPU to power supply wasn't plugged in
