For Android tablets: If there is no setting for that in your tablet' firmware, you cannot do it.
Check for updated, or alternative, firmware versions for your tablet. It seems this is the download page.

If this is Windows tablet, you can change your profile' location by right-clicking on "My Documents", "Properties", then "Location" (or something along that).
