Question i have a old setup and not wanting to buy a new mother board and everything

I am wanting to update the cpu and gpu and I am not watts my power supply is I think it is a 350 because I have read gt 710 run on 350 or something

Spec seems ok, but PSU maybe a bit weak for gaming. Espechially if that is a "non-brand" model. But if it doesn't overheat while gaming I see no reason why replacing anything now.

You have not make it clear if there is some issues here or you just want to get a comment on the specc's.

Any different CPU that would work with your current motherboard won't be much of an increase.

It’s aright just wanted something like what my friends have like a good 100 FPS in fortnite

I wouldn't put another penny into that thing.
Save up for a whole new system.

There comes a point where 'upgrades' are no longer viable or cost effective.
That system reached that point several years ago.

Okay think am going to sell then and see if something comes up cheap what I can upgrade I will post on here or ask friends if it’s a good idea

If you know what you're going, great.
But there are many, many used systems for sale that are absolute crap, no matter what the parts list. Used and abused.

I'm with UASAFRet, that's a much better option for the price. I'm about to make another suggestion below but only bother reading it if you really need to spend less than this

One of the best budget options is if you can find an ex lease business class PC for cheap - preferably with 8GB or more of RAM - and add a low profile GT 1030 or GTX1050 to it.
The main thing is to make sure it's a model with a spare PCI-E slot. You can get something like an i5 3470 for a reasonable price in some places in machines like the HP Compaq elite 8300.
They only have integrated intel graphics which are terrible for game so you do need to add a graphics card and it has to be low profile. This hardware is getting a bit old now but will blow the doors off any core 2 Quad.
The main limitations are lack of drive bays for additional hard drives and only low power/low profile cards can fit in the case.

If you go this way look for some guides on youtube, this is a common upgrade a lot of people have done and posted about. Here's one
