"That card is great for general purpose computer use, but won't do well with gaming where intense GPU processing is required (ie BF3). Here's some fps measurements by which every card on the list performs well beyond the Geforce 210:

That said, the GPU looks to be holding your system back the most. Something like a 750ti would run you about 100$ and get a much better frame rate for you.

Dude it's your GPU and you have only 4gb of Ram
Try and get a r9 250x at least to play thi game at medium settings and at least 6gb ram, ideallicly 8gb ram

The whole system dates back to about 2012 from the looks of it, and it could all be overhauled(upgraded) or a new build/buy. That said the rest of the system should still be able to handle things.
