I have a ping 30 conflict with my friend

Hello everyone I have a question,
My friend just bought a new pc and a new router but all
of the sudden we have a ping 30 conflict. We cant get
inside a game together if one of us hosts and if we both
join we see each other as ping 30 and the game cant be
launched.

We both can play perfectly well with all other players.
We both dont have a firewall active when playing and his
router is on DMZ (means that no ports are closed, as good
as no router at all). What is causing this problem and
how can we fix it?

Hi RU,

Have your friend bypass the router and test the game.
If it works, contact the router tech support number with
that exact information. I hope this helps, and good luck!
