Not a chance. What you are looking for is called PDU. These are very commonly used to remotely monitor power consumption and remotely turn the power on and off. I have not seen any that use wireless but they likely exist.
You are not going to take a $10 power strip and make it into a magical PDU yourself. If it was possible to do this easily the cheapest PDU that can do this would not cost almost $500.
