on the motherboard specification it says it can support only 2666 MHz would it be okay if i activate all the 3000 mhz speed im afraid i would break my pc

No.
It defaults to 2666 automatically. You can't change it on that motherboard.
i changed the speed to 3000mhz but when i restarted the pc it said something about my settings being able to harm the pc however i went back into the bios and i disabled an option called 'wait for f1 if error' and now it worked to boot into windows but im still scared that i can fry the motheboard so i guess ill have to leave it only at 2666 mhz

Unless you pump over 1.5v into your ram, it's not going to just die like that.

What happens is, even if you did set the memory frequency 3000, when the PC does it's POST, bios is like, "Nope", and resets it back to 2666mhz automatically...
Or, at least that's what I gathered from the online motherboard manual.
