I have a problem installing my printer

ever since I installed windows 10...I am having this problem.... I cannot install new printers... I install the drivers... they install perfectly.. but in the devices and printer.. it says driver error... I try to troubleshoot.. it says a problem is preventing the troubleshooter from starting.. pls help!

It seems you have the problem in os. Try reinstalling the os. Even i have faced these types of problem. There is no issues in your printer and its driver.
