I have a problem on my internet

So my problem is I have a fast internet at my home I also have mu data cable.properly plugged in bot in cpu and modem router so the problem is I still dont have connevtion to the internet what might be problem of this please help me its been 1 month since i bought my pc and i havent used it much due to the internet problem. So my problem is I dont have internet on my pc. I have a data cable properly plugged in in both cpu and modem router but internet still doesnt work. I have already troubleshoot ot many times. And I also tried all of the possible things that can be done so i dont know what to do anymore please help me its been 1 month since i bought my desktop and its not been used due to due to the internet problems
