Question I have a problem with every game i played i dont know what it is

The ten fist minute of all game like rust csgo or rocket league no lag i ghave full of fps but after that time laps my ms climb and my fps drop to 20 so i can't play game. I go to the computer store and they didnit find the problem after i showed them they give me back my computeur without fix it help me pls.

ok so i have a alienware x51 my procesor is a i7 4770 my graphic card is a gtx 1050 ti with 16gb of ram

Start a game with hwmonitor running. What is max temp? I assume what you provided is idle temp.
it already was when the game playing give you that too if that can help
