I have a problem with my new headset.

Hello. A couple of days ago I bought a keyboard and a headset from the page pccomponentes. The headset is a logitech G430. The pakage arived today and as soon as I started testing the heasdset i realised that theres was something wrong. The right speaker didn't work. The odd thing is if you connect the headset without the usb adapter (used to get the 7.1 sound) both speakers work correctly (but you get some echo when using the microphone). I've installed the software and updated the firmware and nothing changes.

Is there any way to solve this problem? It hs to be something that doesnt involve opening the headset because what im trying to avoid is sending it back for the warranty.

I'm gonna try using it on a friend's computer and if it doesn't work, ill assume it's just an issue with the usb adapter ans ill send it to the warranty.
