Solution
haha try explaining it from the beginning. you say you have both plugged in and it boots from the hdd. you say ou want to boot from ssd. whats not understood?

I installed windows on hit cause i heard that was what u were going to do!
Yes, i disconnected the HDD!
What dou mean by screencap?

Does it boot up with only the SSD connected?

Well, its like i am on a complete different computer when i boot from my ssd, but when i boot form my hard drive i get the same old same old!

Well, yes. You have two different OS's, with different stuff installed, and different setting on each.
You need to be using one or the other.

U can have a hdd and ssd at the same time lol xD!

p8z68 gen 3

If you plug both drives in and load the BIOS and go into advanced mode, the last section there is boot override option. choose your ssd and see if it boots. if it does then you just have to go to hdd boot and move up the ssd instead of the hdd.

i dont think u understand my problem!

No, we don't.

OOPS, didnt mean to pick solution xD, anyways! I have my ssd and my hdd plugged in to the computer, both are working! I have windows 7 installed on my HDD but also on my ssd! when i boot on the HDD all of my files are there, but when i boot with the ssd its like a whole new desktop! What can i do to make it boot from the ssd but still have my regular files like when i boot from the HDD! Sry if i was unspecific!

It feels like a whole new desktop, because it IS a whole new desktop.
New OS install on the SSD = all new stuff.

It can't automagically be identical to your old setup.
You have a whole new OS on the SSD. You have to reinstall all your applications, configure whatever settings...all that stuff.

It is a whole new OS. Just like your PC was when it was brand new.

But how does the HDD work with this?

It will be just a secondary drive. You can put whatever you want on it.

SSD = OS and most/all applications
HDD = games and other stuff. Movies, docs, music, etc.

If you want all your stuff on the SSD, clone your HDD using something like Macrium Reflect onto your SSD(erasing all that is on it) then once this is done, boot using the boot override in your BIOS and then format the HDD. I think that would probably be your best move.
