I have a problem with the new ram I just bought from lazada

Hello everyone.
A week ago, I bought a 4gb DDR3 Ram stick from lazada and when I installed it into the ram slot, It works perfectly If i don't play high demanding games like overwatch or else... this happens...

Pretty much, All I know for now is that maybe the ram stick's mz is different from the one inside the computer. Idk I need help please, I'm gonna refund this ram soon...

Mixing ram isn't recommended for these reasons, that's why ram is sold in kits.

If your bios isn't locked, you can try matching up the timings and speed to the slower stick, and also raise the voltage to the ram by 0.05v, there's no guarantee that any of these will work though.

Thanks for the reply.
For some reason my bios doesn't have the ram setting to change its timings and speed. I guess I'll go refund it back.
