I have a product key for microsoft office 2007, how do i install only using this

My microsoft office 2007 was not working at all and would not allow me to access any of my microsoft office files, i have uninstalled microsoft office and have a productkey and a disk however i have no disk drive on my notebook laptop, how do i install this programme only using my product key, by the way i have windows XP if that means anything to you, any help or answer would be great help, thanks.

can you copy the cd to a USB flash drive on another computer, and use the flash drive to install it on the notebook?
