Question I have a question about ASUS Prime Z390-A.

When I first installed Windows 10, Aura program was installed automatically.
I reinstalled it, but it doesn't install automatically.
Before reinstalling, the computer was turned off by accidentally pressing the power outlet.
At that time, when I turned on the computer again, a black screen appeared and forced it to exit.
Is it a big problem that aura sync cannot be installed automatically when Windows 10 is reinstalled?

Not sure on your first position there. Aura Sync is from ASUS, so unless you used an ASUS Windows image or something I wouldn't expect there to be anything like that.

Windows won't install 3rd party applications by default, just basic drivers and the like.

If you haven't downloaded everything related to your motherboard from ASUS support, then I suspect you have many features that aren't working.
