I have a question about Call of Duty Advanced Warfare

I recently got Call of Duty Advanced Warfare on my PC, but 5 friends got it for Xbox One, and i wanna re-buy it to play with them. Would you guys recommend me buying it for my Xbox? I want the Day Zero edition but i already got the Digital Proon my PC. Is there a way to pass all my progress from my PC (Steam) to my Xbox One? Or i will have to do all the progress? Please answer, its urgent.
