I have a ROG Strix and the fans are missing pieces. Can this be fixed? My video card is shaking.

Yes, you buy new fans generally.

But ASUS ROG Strix is just a brand and model series. Really need the specific model to make a recommendation.

If you have linked a picture there, we generally recommend using imgur.com to host files. Many others don't show up in the forums or are blocked by default by some browsers.

If the card came that way out of the box, contact Asus and return to seller. If the card is used or purchased second hand, then yes you replace the fans. You might want to pass on a link to the card you speak of.
