I have a Rowe Ami wall mount jukebox frim the 90s. Can I make Bluetooth compatible?

You would have to locate the input to the amplifier where the CD mechanism audio output is connected and connect a BT receiver at that point. You could install a switch if you wanted to use both the CD and BT receiver.
You may even see a stereo RCA cable that you can disconnect. Google the model and you may find some detailed info online.
