Little warm, but it shouldn't be an issue. GPUs run hotter than CPUs. Generally I try to keep the GPUs to no more than 80C. I'm not sure what the max limit for the 2060 is.

Depends on the game too, i think. in call of duty modern warfare i have 78, in other games 75 max

Yes it is, stop worrying. GPUs can go up to 88 degrees before they start having issues. If you want it to run a little cooler adjust the fan curve.
