Question I have a Samsung usb stick 256 gb and I cant format it

I have a very weird prbolem with my USB stick, I can't access it it says there is no space left but it sees it and I can't do anything to use it.

Open up diskpart via CMD in an elevated command and see if you can perform the following:
Right click CMD
Run as Administrator
type diskpart, hit enter
type list disk, hit enter
type select disk x(which is your USB drive), hit enter
type clean, hit enter
type select partition primary, hit enter
type select partition 1, hit enter
type active, hit enter
type format fs=NTFS QUICK, hit enter
type assign, hit enter
type exit, hit enter

mind you this will format the drive if you have any data onboard, other than that, the drive looks like it's ran it's course.

I tried that, without the primary and it gave me error, that it can't access it, I will come back with response

So, I tried out every method you said, nothing seems to work out... here are pictures, also another friend who works in recovery for Hard disks and storage put his hands on, he says the USB stick its as like in a Zombie state..

look like controller error, thats why so hesitate to buy flash memory.

I think I found out the problem, maybe this one is a fake one. But dunno how it can hold so much data.

Fake ones don't hold so much, they act like they do but they fail once you try to access files that aren't actually there.
