I have a Seagate 4TB External Hard Drive bottom part no longer working

Its this type of Seagate 4TB External HDD. The bottom part of it no longer works properly. If I bend the cable downward I can make it connect, but otherwise the connection won't work. The part where the Power adapter and USB cable connects. Is there a way to fix this?

Probably is a way to fx it, but you'd have to open it up and possibly purchase parts for it, or at least check over and possibly re-solder connections.

If the drive is in warranty and the port isn't working properly, has been bent/pushed inward, you may be able to have the drive RMA'ed. Here is a guideline for what is and isn't considered accepted under warranty. The second section deals with externals.

I contacted Seagate and they said they no longer make that product

"The bottom portion of the drive that you need to replace is not longer being produced by Seagate. The model number of the part is STAE106. I would recommend searching online with the part number for availability. "

Checked online at Amazon, Bestbuy, B&H, Newegg, etc and couldn't find any places that sell it anymore and I checked youtube and google for fixes, but only 3 videos popped up and 2 of them were just reviews of the product with no fixing guide.
