I have a sh*t pc but i want to play csgo

I was wondering what or if it is possible to modify it so i can get 200fps on csgo somehow, at the moment i get max 70 lol...I know its crap, i paid 100 for it and a monitor.
Any opinions will be greatly appreciated.

If you are getting 70fps, why do you need more? You should be playing at 60fps with Vsync anyway.

trust me on cs go you want like 200fps, to be just quicker then your opponent.

A new GPU would probably do you some good. A GTX 750ti would be a safe choice, psu wise and bottlenecking issues wise. HD 4850 is pretty old an outdated, at this point. This will give you a general idea. The GTX 750ti is close to an HD 7850, and the 4870 is decently faster than your 4850.
