I have a i5 3550 (integrated GPU)with z77 m pro 8gb (4*2)Corsair Vengeance DDR3 ram,psu cooler master 665w ,system.i want to add GPU 1060ti or 1650 or 1660ti or 2060.currently no plan to upgrade before 2021or 2022.so can I add GPU or not?

Well the power supply you have is a really poor quality power supply.
Before buying a new gpu you should consider buying a new good power supply instead.

Ok I will try..to buy a new PSU..
But currently PSU working fine in system..

Well yeah it is working fine in the system, but it is not a good quality one, plus to begin with you didn't even have a graphic card and now you are adding one, that power supply wont be enough to supply enough power which can fry your components.

And before buying another power supply ask, some of them are cheap knockoff that you shouldn't buy for a rig.

This is a really good power supply, it is a tier 2 power supply and solid until this day.
It can get a bit noisy under-load but that goes back to you.
