Looking on how to un freeze my computer while my mouse and keyboard aren't working.

Hold down the power button until it turns off then power it back on if there isn't any unsaved work open.

I know that some laptops have a hot key which stops the keyboard and mouse from working. Try looking at one of your F keys + FN
