i have a toshiba satellite p870 and the toshiba health monitor reads 90% cpu temperature when its on full load....is that ok?

I have a toshiba satellite p870 and the toshiba health monitor reads 90% cpu temperature when its on full load....is that ok? My fan reads 30% by the pc health monitor as well...it is making some weird noises.. what is the problem? if there is one.
 
Solution
download speedfan and make sure your fan is set to full speed if you like! or check the BIOS for any fan options. 90% load for a laptop isn't unheard of, CPU gets used no way around that, and laptops get hot. Don't use it on a bed or on cloth make sure the vents are all opened and can breathe. Last resort is opening the case and cleaning the fan and vent manually.
