in windows explorer, does a CD or DVD drive show up? right click the mouse on it and choose "Eject"

if you don't have one, you can get an external CD/DVD player/writer

How do you seriously not know whether it has a CD/DVD drive or not? Look at it, inspect all sides of the laptop. Seriously guy, you need to watch some youtube videos about basic usage of a computer.

In the place on the side where it looks like it may be a CD/DVD drive...is there a little button to eject?
If not, you do not have one.

another option: tell your sender to give you a flash instead, CD/DVD is gone the way of cassettes.
