I have a virus called RightCoupon ad and wildwestcoupon ad, how do i remove this?

I only use windows defender. But my PC seems very slow, slower than usual, especially my internet, It is nop my specsm i have a high end gaming pc

Should i use the apps they recommend like Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free and Adwcleaner, or do it myself

Yes use the Apps, they work great.

Malwarebytes is your best bet to clean up what you have. Don't rely on Windows defender, get a quality virus protection software.

And keep Malwarebytes.

These three together give you close to the security you would get with Paid versions. If you want to go the route of Paid try Bitdefender Internet Securities, it is about as good as it gets.

You dont need bitdefender or ZA. Get adwcleaner http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/dl/125/

Run it click on scan. Once it finishes look thru the tabs. Untick what you want, leave the adware etc ticked, then click on clean

Wait for it to finish. Then reboot
