[SOLVED] I have a weird shapening effect when moving at 1ms response time

So I just upgraded from a 60 hz monitor to a 144hz and 1ms DELL S2421HGF. When I set the response time to extreme (1ms) it creates a weird shapening effect when objects are moving, like in csgo when moving my mouse or players move, or in youtube when the video plays etc. When I change it to fast (5 ms) it runs with no problem. So what is the thing with this?

Yes, it is in every game and not just in every game, it appears on youtube videos, on mouse cursor when moving. I use the hdmi that came with the monitor. I tried using 120 but I had the same results. When I changed it to 2 ms or 5 ms the effect was gone. Anyway I prefer using 144 hz and a slower response time than using 60 hz and have a 1 ms response time. I just want to see if I can use my monitor at its best

Check the manual, you might not be able to use both settings at the same time. 144hz with 1ms is asking a lot from a monitor.
