It is likely 32 bit. 64 bit was not all that common and not that reliable.
There will be a part number on the dvd. Google that and you can perhaps see what version it was.

As far as I know, only Windows XP Professional came in the 64-bit flavor and it states so on the installation CD (at least it does on mine). If you have a Windows XP Home Edition disc, it's 32-bit.
