I have a Z992 and my music has been deleted is there no way to recover it from the memory

Need to recover deleted music from Google play

Log in to the Google Play Store
Tap the Music category.
Tap the menu (top-left)
Tap "My Music"

Step one, download 4Card Recovery online and install it on your computer.
Step two, run it and choose the files that you want to recover.
Step three, scan it by clicking the ‘next’ button and wait for about ten minutes.
Step four, save the recovered files on other part to avoid losing it again.
