i have Acer Aspire TC-605 but the PSU is only 300 w , would an EVGA 430W 80+ fit and will it be a good PSU for streaming from my xbox 1 with my capture card ?

PSU - LITEON 300 W { NEW PSU - 80 EVGA 430W+ }
AMD RADEON R7-240 (is my graphics card that is next to be upgraded , not sure what i can use . )

The new PSU should fit just fine as it is a standard ATX PSU like the original one in your system.

You'll need to be careful when you decide to upgrade your GPU, even with the EVGA PSU. 430w won't be enough for higher power GPUs.

If your current budget will allow it, a quality 500-550w PSU would be a better upgrade option.

You could squeeze in a better budget model PSU with an Rx 570-

I would argue the Lite-On 300W is better than that EVGA. 😀
